Returns & Exchanges
All articles submitted for a return request must be unworn, unused, and in sellable condition. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
You may use any postal service that provides a tracking number, but Siedrés is not accountable for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and that they are securely packaged.
Once we receive your item(s), your refund will be processed within 5 - 7 business days, to the original payment method used when placing the order. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the returned items have been inspected by our Quality Control department. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase.
Siedrés reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
You have have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to us for a refund.
