WHERE CAN I PURCHASE SIEDRÉS?

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, once you create an account, you can save shipping and billing addresses under your profile, view your order history and find tracking numbers for current orders. Furthermore, you can receive emails about exclusive offers, events, and other news that are reserved just for our subscribers.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
United States purchases are charged in Dollars.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and all other major credit cards.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
You can contact us by sending an e-mail to orders@siedres.com and our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply. Our Customer Service team is available online 5 days a week, Monday – Friday. Any enquiries sent on the weekends or public holidays will be responded to on the following business day.
I AM A NEW CUSTOMER. CAN I GET A DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER?
We welcome all new customers to Siedrés with a one-time discount of 10%. To get this discount, subscribe to our newsletter and confirm your email address.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP IN UNITED STATES?
We offer shipping with a flat rate standard for all destinations in the United States. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Istanbul. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?
Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days, except during sale periods or holiday closures when dispatch times may be longer. During national holidays, such as from April 6th to April 14th, orders will be processed on the next business day when we return, which is April 15th. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We strive to ensure all items are of the highest standard and utmost quality. However, if you would like to report a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you please contact us via email at orders@siedres.com so that we can review the matter and assist you.
ARE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS SECURE?
Certainly. We do not store any credit card details, nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@siedres.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Siedrés is not responsible for any shipping-related costs on orders that were placed using incorrect shipping details. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
